Sound like you are doing the right things to get back. Make sure to also eat war food, slow yourself down a little bit. Especially when you have a lot going on your sensory system(head) can start going very fast and take over the body. This draws warmth and rhythm away from your metabolic system. Slowing down can bring back rhythm and balance in both.
I would just advise that it takes quite awhile to recover, as in a week or two. My sore throat is still noticeable, and I was sick before the NA's.
Hard workouts can drive the virus deeper, and make recovery longer.
Okay, thanks. I'm definitely going to hold off of anything too strenuous, but I'm feeling a bit better and ready to slowly start up again
