Well it wasn't hard enough for the core part anyways. Next time I think I'm going to tack on more... Maybe either 5 Minutes Planks™ or 6 Minutes Core™ ;)

Yes and its the position for Russian twists, but instead you lean back and then up while extending your legs out and then in. so like sit ups but both upper and lower body are doing it
