This is clearly the week that will either make you a monster or totally break you. I guess I'll start doing more freeletics to keep you enthusiastic about it, but I'm not renewing the coach subscription.

On a related note, my lower back muscles are SO SORE after doing burpees on Friday. Like, I can barely walk sore.
