Beer, Wine and Coffee.... (among other things...)
but my pre-race breakfast was between 5 and 5:30 am (race at 8 am) consisting of oatmeal with raisins, raspberries, banana, yoghurt and walnuts (first course) followed by fish with sauce on pasta with a bit of mozzarella cheese and an egg beaten into it.
ARt G. He lives in the next town over from Carl and Mary Jo. I'll have to congratulate him!
