Thanks guys. Unfortunatley ran my worst times of all year :-( and didn't advance past round 1 for each event. A couple of legit excuses mind you, anyhow has been a fun and well organized event with some seriously good runners and great atmosphere. Going to be hard to leave this sunny 80F weather!

Still did great runs. Good job. Overall looks like top form competition there.

If you run into Frank Burdett, ran the 5000 m, say hi for Lyn and I from GSH, Greater Springfield Harriers. I ran on a team with him and other hot shots in the Club Champs at Lehigh a couple years ago . Didn't help their cause but Lyn did well.

For levity in the situation. I noticed the races go CCW around the track. This would definitely cause a disadvantage to Northern runners because of the Coriolus effect. You should have asked to run in the opposite direction ;-)

if you always meet your goals you are setting your expectations to low...if you challenge yourself you are going to have some "bad" ones which I have had plenty.....but it makes the "good" ones that much sweeter......next time!
