all to familiar. for me it;s the whole chain from tight psoas, tfl, glute med at the top end, down to a really stiff ankle capsule and surrounding tendons/muscles at the far end. But you've made it through the training! :)
I've had some of these issues before extending from my IBT to the plantar fascia. Knots in my calf seem to flare up periodically and then go dormant for long windows. Staying positive, I will manage this.
