The methods. She's basically using branch and bound techniques to find exact solutions to the most correlated gene combinations. The problem, of course, is that it's a hugely expensive task in terms of computation. I think I could probably help in that area. Not sure if it's too much of a deviation from my current line of research or if it could be tied in.
