Area is on our backdoor so often take pooch for a walk there. Looks like England now it is so green. Parts of area would be good for night-O. Post-fire they installed a few fences with barb wire on top and half way for managing cattle (to keep grass down for fire prevention) which limits leg lengths. Fair few blackberry patches in parts which would not be nice trying to map. Bob A did look at it about a year ago and not fully convinced it is worth mapping for a normal event yet.

Fair enough to just keep a watching brief on it - nothing great, but probably still better than Mt Painter and Campbell Kraplands. Also thought that a greater Stromlo map would be quite cool if it already existed - again though, a lot of new effort for a map that mightn't get used much.

How about a sprint map of the top of Stromlo thru the observatory buildings and even a bit of bush?
