Gee. What's the point of walking for six months on the AT if you can get "out of shape" in just 2 weeks? Discouraging.

Charlie: Two weeks of sitting around the house doing nothing other than eating will do that to anyone. Not that discouraging to me, btw. I've enjoyed the time off almost as much as I enjoyed the hike.
