How did the sessions go back to back? I find I need a day between.

it was a bit rough to be honest. my plan was to jump into 2 sessions a week leading up to the TNF50 on 12/3 after a heavy lifting phase for 4 weeks. my plan is to do them m/w/f but I traveled back from socal on monday and raced a 50k last saturday. so.. just for this week.. i did two back to back to get them in. not ideal and I don't plan on doing that again. i agree that a day in between is ideal.... especially if you are going to really go for it.
the ssd programs are so good. best programs i've found that have actually translated into race performances... both running and riding.
