That stream that goes through the control circle is mapped as uncrossable. Yet the control description refers to it as a minor water course. So, I imagine it's much drier than mapped? If that's not the case, then how did you get across - walk atop the stone wall?

Yes, the stone wall goes right across and the stream tumbles thru it.
And not really uncrossable except in the worst of conditions. Now it is very dry - you know drought like.
The pond where I took swimming lessons as a kid was bone dry all summer, though it now has a little water in it. Not much rain in New England this year.
