I've been diligently following the Runners World Calf Heart Attack program for the calf pull that you'll recall I did at the Nov Classic 3 weeks ago (which was bad enough that I was still limping days later). The pain moved around my calf days 4-10, but the program (including targeted massage twice a week) definitely seems to be working - 3 weeks in, and I got around the Green course at Ightham today jogging the flat bits once I'd warmed up, without any issues.
