Craig:
This is danger time for getting injured. Sometimes when you get away with going longer than intended after a tough race it is tempting keep building from there. I'm inclined to give in to temptation but usually regret it a couple of weeks later. Better to be conservative now and build in a couple of weeks if you are still feeling good.

No Wayne, run as much as you can. Don't listen to Craig, he knows nothing. I plan on doing 200km on the bike tomorrow followed by a 50km paddle and 40km run because I haven't wound down from XPD.

Tues, Nov 15; made comments regarding focusing on non impact training (Swim/Bike). This morning's run was not planned but more just happened because of the invite. So Ricky where are we starting the 200km bike ride? That is your cool down right! Craig thanks for the advice, I was thinking the same thing, but sometimes some reinforcement is required....

I especially like how your Nov 15 comment says you'll focus on swim and bike over the next few weeks and all you've done since then is swim and run ;-)
