Well, both. Definitely some shorter, faster, but not every day. Try to get your 500 time down.
Thanks Charlie! I guess all those 5k's are getting a bit monotonous, even tho I do a few 'pick ups' while doing the piece. Maybe I'll mix in some ladders and sprint repeats on a day or two each week, instead of focusing on pure distance.
Nice to see you do a piece on your rowing machine a week or so ago. Hope you'll be mixing in some pieces with all that PT work this winter.
If I can do it without hurting myself I'll be back at it soon. I was encouraged to be able to do it at all.
