Yeah, getting out frequently at least. I know I'll be running a 100 next year, and I'll find out if it's AC or Hardrock on Saturday, but either way, I like to find the base consistency sometime in the winter. Either way though, I like to build slow, so November/December aims to hit 200 miles, January 220ish, etc. Aim to hit 350-400 miles in June/July. If I'm in for AC (likely, and what I'm planning on) I will likely run Bighorn 50 in June and not sure if I'd run anything else. Would still like to do a 100 bike too, just to see what it's like, but I won't train for it at all. Just don't have time to do as much biking in a 100 run year.

awesome... there is a good chance I'll be doing LT100. If that's the case and you do AC we'll be on similar schedules. Hopefully we can make some early morning GM runs work and some long stuff on the weekends.

Absolutely. We'd also be able to hit some Lost Creek stuff if you've never been. Great place for long days.

Good luck this weekend!
