No, he stopped by our house on the way home from work. I don't think yoga is one of his Attackpoint Activities. ;)

It should be!!
Physical Therapist for the UoT hockey team told me over 20 years ago that if I didn't start doing yoga (or equivalent) that I wouldn't be able to get out of bed in my 50's...
I laughed it off... 5 months away and I'm not laughing anymore! :-(

Former elite adventure racer John Jacoby said that every athlete over 40 should do some yoga. Some evening when your schedule allows, I will take you to a Power Yoga class followed by beer! Currently, classes are offered at 5:15 on Monday or 7:10 on Thursday. Our classes are aimed at triathletes, runners and cyclists - male and female - and we laugh and we never say "Ommm". :)

I don't do yoga, but I've done daily flexibility 'poses' since somewhere in my 30s and am pretty sure it contributes to keeping my body younger than my calendar age.

Good stuff! I can definitely tell the difference if I stop doing it for awhile. Many people think it's about extreme flexibility or becoming a pretzel but it's more about mobility, balance/stabilizing and avoiding body imbalances that can lead to injury. Everyone has their own "correct" version of a pose based on their body. Runners shouldn't try to become extremely flexible but left/right balance matters a lot.
