Might delay, but doesn't prevent. Rolling seems to work better. Sometimes I think of it, most times I forget. Night cramps haven't been much of a problem this year. They correlate to bike riding. Haven't ridden much lately. This was 2 days after my stairmill workout. Similar motion to the bike?
