Only time my body fat got that low (and stress level got that high) was Beast. It was actually good to get back to "normal." Had to laugh when I went to the clinic to discuss options to handle abdominal pain, as the ladies in the Corps joked the docs were all just trying to get us on the pill, regardless of our actual complaints. Motrin never made it into the discussion.

Glad you got your foot checked out and got good news. Good luck on stretching. Might be worth trying the trigger points along the front of your shins? A therapist at a double-century ride showed me that trick, good for running lower leg/foot pain, too.
