To educate yourself on the concept of razing please read the following extract from the Squadren Review 2016, Vol 1, Issue 2.

"Diversification advancements in prolonged medium intensity trainings (3.45-4.00 min/km), known as "raz's" have become better understood during the past year. This would help explain the continued increase in physical capabilities in OAC athletes. Given the opportunities to invest and switch between all categories of physical capabilities, three possibles seem to arise: increased; power, strength and stamina. Thus allowing the razathlete to maintain a higher intensity for a extended period of time. The cyclical nature of training structures, allows for constant developments within all three zones, indicated via current strong performances whilst being in the "worst shape" phase of the season. It can therefore be concluded that shape is a complex discourse that is constant and interchangeable; like a river it meanders and flows towards a vast ocean of wealth and prosperity." (Blomquist and Williams, 2016)
