First really cold days this winter. Clothing selection will be tough but that first climb should chase the cold away. Have to see how fast temp are predicted to rise.
too early to tell, but perhaps not as cold as this week. Your race is a different animal, with the climb...but then you dont want to be under-dressed and lose strength later on. With me in the 3k getting the lungs warmed before is key, if that happens really good gloves and a light balaclava will go a long way.
practice in the cold will help as soon as you get it.
we got it all right. anybody have an outdoors elliptical machine for these over-stressed knees?
