sub 7, over 9,000' of climbing

How many people that ran faster than you ยช(in this race or any 50M) are as strong, have jobs and families? And can squat, deadlift, clean as much??

You are KILLING IT!!

Huge inspiration, JW!

thanks dude.. it was actually 10k of climbing!! I lost reception deep in the woods and missed about 400ft of climbing and then tried to autocorrect it and it dropped it!!

really stoked with the race. i still think i could go faster there... maybe in a couple.

it was one of the first races where i really really ran within myself and stayed conservative. I just wanted to run "my best race" and not get wrapped up in who was around me or trying to chase anybody down. seemed to work!!
