Ben and I are on strava. I sorta like it. No advantage over AP that I can see except direct uplink and posting from the phone. I'll look you up. Barb and I had to go through the whole Medicare analysis process this year. Hated the process but finally decided on one of those "Advantage" plans. A big factor was the $25 gym membership. Is that sad or what?

I like the fact that the phone can do the same as the Garmin watch. Have not investigated the uplink and post to AP part yet. I'm just amazed how FB and other social platforms track & post w/o my actually being aware - for a while anyway.

My plan is also an Advantage vs supplement (what Beth has), key diff being out-of-network access with the latter. I do have a gym voucher or some such, one has to go look to find and utilize. I pay about $41/mo for the Y membership. Must investigate to mitigate this fairly dear cost.

Re Strava, took a closer look. Found this interesting item. Lots of possibilities.
