Congratulations on your return to form. Nice to see you knocking off pieces that approach your pre-injury records. My recollection is that your best 2k time this year was slightly under 8 minutes last January. But you're getting there!
And how about getting that J-J couch potato into rowing? It would be fun to have another member of our a/p rowing 'club.'
I've rowed a little when visiting in the past, but I am definitely not up to doing any of that right now. Walking slowly for brief stretches is my current exercise of choice. Charlie mentioned Rhonda's exercise class yesterday morning, but just going to the barn was much too far.
