I suppose there are times when you might be better off resting, so I guess there are both sides to it.

But I think it's a decent project. Even when you're just doing the minimum, it gets you out the door, and gets a bit of consistency to your training.

Ah sure he's only doing a mile per day ;-). Seriously though, what a legend.
