It's amazing how good the best waxless skis have become. Waxable skis still feel better but the difference is not always enough to make it worth bothering with waxing, depending on conditions. I used to be a waxable ski snob but high quality waxless skis make it easier to ski more!

I use my waxless a lot for commuting as conditions change a lot during the day so I would need a rewax at work.

Carbons Offset:
I went for skin skis and for the Rossi R-skin. They seem quite good. I could get pretty convinced to use them a lot, they are so convenient and simple. When the temperatures are this cold, however, the waxing is pretty easy.
