What's the process for each of these doors? Are you making them from scratch, or throwing them on a CNC to be made pretty?

I've been impressed with your progress, my back hurts just at the thought of manhandling that many doors around every day. :)

I am basically making them from scratch. These doors are 2 sheets of 18mm HMR (chipboard), which I glue together, then I glue a 0.6mm steel skin on each side, then send it to the next section where they hang it in a frame and fit hardware. The steel skins have to be powdercoated, which is why I haven't been able to get them done earlier. Some that I did a couple of weeks ago had 50x50x3mm RHS inside and 2 sheets of 25mm HMR, then 1.6mm steel on each side, they were heavy!

After a 10 hour day doing this I am usually quite stuffed. don't know how I am able to ride home some days. Back is surprisingly still good.

Oooh, steel-clad as well. Sounds fun, and/or heavy. :)

Lots of fun. Only about 50- 60kg each. At least they aren't 450kg like some I did earlier this year. :)

Yikes.

I've got a 3600x1400x55 slab of jarrah sitting in my shed waiting to be played with, but that's only 200kg'ish. Think I might be buying a small engine crane before trying to move the bugger though...

Oooh nice. Yeah we had to use our crane to lift those ones.
