Hi - I am a fan of Hardcore's:) Are you familiar w/ Jack Daniels treadmill conversion tables? For instance, he has 4% @ 8mph =6:04 miles...I used them to do some intervals the other day and they felt right (whew). What do you think?
Interesting, I will have to check it out. I usually keep my incline at 1% when doing speed work, but might be kind of fun to play with pace and incline.

I had a PT recently tell me to work the hills for speed work. It does make sense that it isn't as hard on your joints, etc....
