It matters more that you are getting better than that you know what made you sick.

I came across a youtube video that made me think of you: Frank Zappa plays bicycle on the Steve Allen show. It resonates with me because Steve Allen was my father's client and this was made around the time I used to get to be in the audience and watch the show live.

I might also mention that you featured in a dream the other night, in a surprisingly favorable light. (Because I spend so much time hovering between being awake and being asleep, I'm remembering an enormous number of dreams.) Roughly, you successfully broke the world land speed record. The vehicles looked like high-tech ocean liners moving on land, hundreds of them moving in a phalanx, and apparently more virtual than real because they could pass right through you. You were about to go on to air speed record when I woke up.

I've seen that video, it's interesting because it gives a good glimpse into the guy who Zappa was and would become, as opposed to the popular misconception.

Feeling better is good enough for me, but it's not enough for the docs, who need to get to the bottom of the matter and get answers. I don't know how much of that is professionalism, and how much is the malpractice guys telling them not to leave any opening for a lawsuit if things subsequently turn bad. Of course, I always have the option of saying enough is enough.
