Discussion: Minus 13...wind chill

About as cold as it has been in a long long time...it would be 25 to 30 below if the wind was really howling...maybe even colder...my face stung a little first mile but surprisingly after that nothing...I've had times when the wind blew and it was not as cold actual temp and my cheeks really got numb...but I keep forgetting to buy a pull over ski mask like I used to wear in Minneysota.
