pummelling therapy that should be administered with a bite plate, but seems to produce some results for many. didn't help my heel blob....actually really aggravated it bad despite persevering for sometime, but trav had good results in the past with his dolorcast therapy.

Good to know. It hurt like hell, more than the injury ever did. Like as in sweat soaked, writhing just a little and making some presumably pretty good scrunchy faces.

In any event, and thank god, this has a natural end point because my benefits are chincy on osteopathic treatment. I was hoping to flip from that to massage but his certifications have lapsed. So I figure I have four remaining sessions between now and early next year and if I'm not on the cusp of a major breakthrough I'll amputate civil war style. Or pay for reals. Whichever.

I've had frozen shoulder in both shoulders. three weeks of treatment. three times a week. Each time, Donny would have me in as his first patient and then have a 10 minute buffer so that the lobby was empty while he administered the Dolorclast (which makes a great name for a derivative monster movie character: "Release the Dolorclast!"). I made too much noise.

Well there were two people leaving as I arrived and no one waiting when I left. So I think this abuse was planned.
