Haha thanks Nicola - that's just what I needed to hear, sometimes I'm really stupid! It's just that I often feel sick after doing int sessions in the evenings so can't stomach dinner....definitely need to sort something out!

Make like me, and avoid intervals :)

But more sensibly, have some recovery electrolytes or even a protein drink soon after running and then a fairly plain pasta meal?

Thanks Jenny, I think I'm pretty good (sometimes) with having some Gatorade or making a chocolate smoothie but it's just solid food that's the problem! I'll try plain pasta, I hadn't thought of that :)
