So...how did you like working with your new trainer?
It is fine. I felt great afterward. I'll meet with her once a week starting in January. It was nice to establish the baseline (weight, body composition...) so we can see if things change over time. I think I'd like to get a running baseline too, like mile time. Which I expect to be around 13 minutes.
I just found out they have personal trainers available at the gym at school. You've inspired me to check into it further.
