Discussion: What makes the boat go faster?

Getting the training done, or getting to meetings on time?

Yes I know. But it was possible to do both. Being able to put the distracting thoughts aside and focus on the O is part of the challenge, and probably one of the parts I find most difficult. So something I need to keep working on as I said.
