Thanks! There were several 8 and 9 pm "basic mile" nights. As one participant said, our families might think we have a little fling going on nearby, with the short late night jaunts into the darkness ;)
Well done - congrats! I once did a February Challenge where my goal was 5K per day of running, skiing or snowshoeing. It wouldn't have been sensible for the long term but it showed me that if I make it a priority to get out, it is nearly always possible. My barriers are usually mental.
