That is quite a weight gain in one day! I hope it all tasted good. I've been over eating myself, but without all the exercise you've been doing. Soon I'll have to face the scale. Congrats on the exercise. Keep it going.

Sadly, I don't even feel like I have been overeating, so that is what is so frustrating. I can not even claim that my pants are fitting better. Perhaps blood work next week will shed some light on the matter.

Thank you for the encouragement! I think I have a date in early May that I need to get my endurance up for. :)
