to focus your lifts to help with hill strength, try doing something like this:
leg squats 4 x 8
abduction machine 3 x 8 any weight
adduction machine 3 x 8 any weight
calf curls 3 x 8
weighted lunges 3 x 8 (holding 30lbs each arm)
abs/pushups til failure

Thanks, I would of done the machine leg lifts but I didn't have a machine. I did some lunges and squats, although none were weighted.
