So cool! Can't wait to hear about your program, see what you think of it, and watch the progress! You sure live in the right town to be surrounded by great trails to train on, and surrounded by friends to keep you company on runs!

I'm sure you will have no trouble finding running companions for your long runs - just post it on the facebook running pages, and check what Carbon and I are up to :)
