I'm a bit surprised your heart rate ran consistently higher than mine - though probably not relative to your max.
My max HR while riding is in the 190s
Running is 204
It stayed pretty well where it should have. Maybe a bit high on the last period.
My max observed is 176, so I had far less extra capacity even at my lower absolute heart rate.

Shouldn't 3 seconds be plenty of time for a track champ to stomp 700 watts? ;)
CO you're right 3 sec is plenty of time to stomp 700W. But if the goal is to consistently stomp the watts for an unknown period of time I'm not going to throw down a 700 stomp....I should have though.
Also. I have heard I'm a robot as well...it might be true.
