I'd say rest. You need 1-2 weeks taper leading up to a race like that. You did the opposite ;)

Yep your right. I forgot the 2 hilly longish runs plus orienteering i did this week haha oops. Everything feels fine but hip flexors probs due to extra vert lately

Well u don't need a rest if you don't have a 30km race coming up, so go nuts
