Had the deep end of a non-standard pool to myself last week. Since laps were not really feasible, I tried deep water running. A lot harder than I expected. I've heard it is great for sustaining running fitness without the impact. They should have the belts you're supposed to wear in Arvin somewhere...maybe even a DPE instructor who knows how to do it properly. Most of them don't really bite, especially if you're asking about PT...
