Maybe time to start learning to mouse lefty. I forced myself to do that years ago when I was having wrist trouble. I found it took less time than I expected to become proficient. Turned out to be handy later on when I had shoulder surgery and had no choice of mouse hand.
Do you know why your shoulder is hurt? Is there something you can do or not do to make it better?
I don't know. The other shoulder was "frozen" for many months and got better. I was hoping the same thing would be true of this one. But now I'm not sure; there are differences in what is happening.
I am not sure if I should avoid using it, or use it, or what. I think the workouts are probably making it worse...
My next plan is to take ibuprofen regularly to try reducing inflammation.
