I have decided this year to not get hung up on it.
If the watts and pace are there, the weight is good. Even if it's not "race weight"
Though, I'd be thrilled to race at 58-59kg it may not happen this year

I know I've been too indulgent in recent months. I've said, "I'll start eating less on Monday" too many times. The Christmas cookies are almost done so it will be easier now. :)
I threw out the Christmas baking that was still here on New Years.
