Umm, not really. Or at least not as much as just leaving it alone for a while. But I guess it depends on what your goals are.
Ha ha! When I woke up this morning, I said to myself "Now Charlie wants me to take a few days off!" But I couldn't do it.
I've developed to the point that I actually LIKE those morning workouts, and look forward to them. Kinda like an addiction I guess. And you're dealing with an addict! :-)
OK, I'm going to resist the monkey on my back...and go out for a run today instead. Will that qualify as a 'recovery' day?
