Sounds good. Glad it worked out. Looks like a nice route.
It was a good run, although I wasn't the orgainizer/instigator, I did wind up being the defacto leader. Held the faster folks up at critical junctions, circled back to to slower folks. Put a shorter group on the horse trail to head back, then took the rest a couple miles further, and a splinter long group elected to head even further west out toward Enders. One of that group was a local and knew trails well enough to get them home.
Thanks for the run report. Based on that, we headed into Mcleans and glad we did. Nice to be back in there. Couldn't believe how clear the trails are. Only one small patch on the one deep woods section of a trail, otherwise bare.
Most of the (avoidable) ice we did encounter was on main trails up by the Trout Pond in the north. Your route looks like it should have been nearly ice free..
That's where we hit it, mainly on the short initial section in the shady woods to the first bridge. There were narrow edges we got by on that are probably much wider now.
