so whats your reaction to precision nutrition so far?
it's starting slow. the first "habit" is "making time" for the actual program, which I haven't completely done yet. so that's not a good sign. we had a video conference call with Coach Zach yesterday where he spoke for about an hour and oriented us to the program and answered questions. about 50 people on the call. He showed us his new baby at the end. Seemed like a genuine sincere guy. He has two interns who will be more active in reading our logs. So all that is pretty motivating, knowing real live people are getting to know me and ready to give feedback. It's basically up to me to commit to the program, though, and I feel I'm not quite there yet. Today, supposed to send in the first pics and first measurements, so that will be a step of commitment.
you see the prize, you paid the bucks. do you mean you dont think their methods are going to work for you?
not sure what's holding me back. don't feel quite right on my runs. my brother has been talking to me about his chronic fatigue. just hope that is not what's happening to me. hoping that 30 lb over race weight is what is making me feel fatigued. so it's just tough digging out of that hole. never want to get back in. but keeps happening. no, I think their methods are exactly what I need, just gotta pull myself up by the bootstraps and get on with it.
