How is the yoga going for the leg issue?
In general the leg seems better. Still hurts a bit running but to be honest hurts less than sitting all day when I have a lot of meetings. Definitely a sciatic nerve thing. Not sure if the 3 months of intense physio + acu + stretching finally kicked in or the body adapted or yoga even. Stopped all the above +s a month ago and now seems better. Probably would have been ok for the SSR but didn't seem that way last month.
