Your treadmill workout is totally unrelateable. What's 14 kph in miles?

Not all of us can maintain a healthy AP log with running in both measurements...

What is running a marathon to you? To me it's always been 42K, not 26 miles. But then again I don't need to worry about that, I'm dreaming of my blissful relaxing summer.

My leg is responding well to osteo treatment. It prefers the trails though. Not sure how it's going to hold up once real marathon prep begins in April or May. Would you care to hazard a guess as to what plan B for my Chicago marathon entry is? Hmmmm?

If all goes ok, yes. Osteo man suggested I do ATB but I gave him a pretty good stink eye on that one.

ATB?! Ugh, sounds awful, good luck with that one. On a less painful/less dreary route I am thinking about the Chilly half.

15k of ATB relay would be about right but that's not likely to happen. Chilly is too soon for me I think.

Isn't it like 3 weeks before ATB? More importantly it's 9K less?

Heck if you can add 9K of race readiness in that time, have at it Hoss.
