How is the shoulder holding together for the swimming?

First session was a bit stiff. This week was better. I think the strength is slowly coming back. Its more the lack of swimming that is the key thing.
Me too. I NEED a paddle soon to fully wash the pain of the ITERA paddles (Although it was the Ribs that hurt more in the Ocean paddle)
