Hope you're getting a discount. Not going to forgive them for when they did that to me, held the car, and then didn't order the parts...

I feel a bit sorry for them because this issue was to do with the online booking system not giving them all the information, rather than them doing the wrong thing...

They did 'fix' the emissions scandal thing though, so will be interesting to see if that has any effect whatsoever.
