Walking is exercise at this point and you deserve to feel good about getting out!
Definitely log it. I've done that in the past too. I figure as long as I'm not using attackpoint to show a coach how I've been training, my log is for me to record what's useful for me. Is it useful to have a completely blank log because I'm not able to run? No. Might as will record what I am doing instead.

I log walking all the time. Besides, your body goes through a lot in pregnancy - being patient as you build on your fitness and not pushing too hard can be difficult. Celebrating all the steps along the way is a great way to stay focused and positive.
